In C2C mode, the seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing (description, photos, condition). Diatome provides moderation tools (manual or automatic approval, quality criteria) to help you maintain a high standard. In case of a dispute, a resolution process is outlined in our Terms of Service.

A mediation process is built in. The buyer can report an issue within a defined period after delivery. Depending on the case, a partial or full refund can be triggered. You have full visibility on every dispute. Full details are described in our Terms of Service.

Diatome handles refunds automatically. In C2C mode, the refund is deducted from the payment made on your site. You don't need to advance any funds. In Buyback mode, your own buyback grid conditions apply.

You define your own moderation rules: authorized categories, minimum number of photos / videos, accepted conditions, and manual or automatic approval. These filters let you control quality before an item goes live on your site.

You do. Your customer data remains yours. Diatome processes it as a data processor under GDPR, solely to operate the service. We never resell your data and never contact your customers directly.

You can cancel your subscription according to your contract terms. Ongoing transactions are completed normally (deliveries, seller payouts). Your data remains accessible during a transition period to allow you to export it.
